The WASPI FrameworkThe framework is made up of two parts: The Accord – consists of a common set of corporate principles and standards under which partner organisations will share information. Signing up to the Accord records the commitment of each partner organisation, to meet agreed standards for the sharing of personal identifiable information, and to use the framework. The Declaration of Acceptance and Participation MUST be signed by the Chief Executive or equivalent; and The Information Sharing Protocol (ISP) – identifies the operational data requirements to be shared for specific and lawful purposes.
