WASPI Change Advisory Board
Role of the WASPI Change Advisory Board (CAB)
The main role of this group is to undertake the review of change requirements to the WASPI framework to ensure that all changes are recorded, evaluated, authorised, prioritised, planned, tested, implemented and documented in a controlled manner; this will include:-
- Providing cross-organisational expert views on any proposed changes to the WASPI framework;
- Considering feedback from service users regarding the usability of the framework and to recommend changes;
- Overseeing and agreeing future amendments to the Accord and supporting documentation;
- Contributing to the development of any training material including the development of a WASPI eLearning package.
